This Special Issue will include selected papers from the 5^th Iranian Conference on Engineering Electromagnetic (ICEEM 2017: http://iceem2017.ir) and the 3^rd Iranian Conference on Communications Engineering (ICCE 2017: http://icce2017.ir), to be held in Tehran, Iran. Both conferences are organized by Shahid Rajaee Teacher Training University (SRTTU). All papers submitted will be subject to full peer review and must meet JECEI's high editorial standards to be accepted for publication.
